Zen Do Kai - Victorian Brown Belts were again overseen by Soke Bob Jones

Having been impressed by their attitudes at an earlier training day in Bendigo, he once again watched their progress co-ordinated by Kyoshi Mike Quin (BJC Firestorm Dojos) at the recent training day at MSAC (Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre).

But as most things come in threes, before the BIG DAY (21st August), Soke Bob accompanied Sensei Duane Mill (BJC Transition Martial Arts) for another special training day at the BJC Firestorm Headquarters.

Brown Belts and Instructors alike welcomed the input from Soke Bob who guided them through a series of training drills in preparation for their Black Belt grading.
