Zen Do Kai Karate, founded by Soke Bob Jones, celebrates its 40th year as a distinct style this year, 2010. A 40th Year Grading was held at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre on Saturday 21st August and was attended by hundreds of instructors, students and spectators. Bordertown instructors Shihan Terry Hutchings, Sensei Ann-Elisa Pickering and Sensei Robyn Miles made the journey to Melbourne to participate in the day’s proceedings.
