This is a very special announcement that I wish to make on behalf of Soke Bob and myself in regard my latest decision affecting the hierarchy of BJMA.
It is my profound pleasure to advise that after very careful deliberation and consultation with Soke Bob, that Kyoshi Billy Manne has now been officially graded to the rank of full 8th degree Black Belt.
Bob and I sincerely feel that this promotion is long overdue and I am totally confident that you will all feel the same.
As most of you know, Billy has been with us from almost the very beginning and has always shown the passion and desire to be the very best example of excellence in the Martial Arts.
He has never stopped in his never ending journey for greater knowledge and understanding in the arts and has never waivered in his loyalty and commitment to our style.
I am thrilled to have Kyoshi Billy alongside me in the rank of full 8th degree and know that he will always be a great and loyal friend and ally to myself and Soke Bob when it comes to the important decision making at the highest levels within BJMA and the desire to keep striving to make BJMA the very best example of Freestyle Martial Arts in Australia and the rest of world.
